Crew Calls are restricted to people that have filled out paperwork AND have been accepted by Fair Management.
If you have been sent a link to the Onboarding Paperwork, make sure you have it completed PRIOR to your first day working at the fair or you will be replaced.Just because you have signed up to work does not guarantee you will be called for work.
We work at the pleasure of the Ohio State Fair Management — if there is an issue, your Job Steward will take care of it.
Your Job Steward will place you where they feel you are best needed.If this is unacceptable to you, sorry, don't take the call.
Seniority DOES NOT guarantee you will make show calls. We operate in the best interests of the show. All things equal, the Job Steward will go by seniority. Their decision is final. If this is unacceptable to you, feel free not to take the call.
